Did you know? Every minute of every day, a child is admitted to hospital in Australia.

This May, Cooper, Mitch and I are taking on the Super Steps challenge to raise funds that will make hospital a happier place for seriously ill children.

We’ve set a goal to walk or run 10000 steps every day, for an entire month and we would love your support. This is a foundation very close to our hearts. The Starlight room at Sydney Children's Hospital was a place Cooper could visit on days when he needed some respite. Even on the days when he wasn't able to leave his bed, the team would always come down to his ward and give him a friendly smile and a good laugh to keep his spirits high.

When you sponsor our challenge, you’ll help create much needed happiness for sick kids and their families. The money you donate will help seriously ill children cope better with the pain and stress of treatment, and helps families feel more connected and positive about what lies ahead.

Any amount you can spare will help brighten kids’ lives when they’re going through difficult times in hospital.
