In 2023, Aydin faced one of the biggest challenges of his life when he was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome, a rare condition that left him temporarily unable to live life as he once knew it. Through strength, resilience, and the incredible support of healthcare workers and organisations like the Starlight Foundation, Aydin made a full recovery.
Now, Aydin is walking not just for himself, but for every child and family going through tough times. His journey has given him a deep appreciation for the support and joy that foundations like Starlight bring to those who need it most.
By taking part in this walk, Aydin hopes to give back, raise awareness, and help create brighter moments for others facing their own battles, just like he once did.
