We have exceeded our team goal in just 3 days! We have now increased our goal to raising $5,000 by the end of May! 🏃🏻♀️Dedicated to Ayla 🌸 We're fundraising for the Starlight Children’s Foundation. And we need YOUR support.
Four months ago, Ayla’s life (and that of her family - mum Katie, dad David, and brothers Elijah + Isiah) was turned upside down in an instant, when it was discovered she had kidney cancer.
At only 4 years old, her world changed into that of hospital rooms, needles, doctors, chemotherapy, radiation and time away from family, friends, home and her puppy Koko.
During this time, the Starlight captains and Starlight room at Westmead Children’s Hospital provided glimmers of light, fun, laughter and playfulness in an otherwise scary and stressful time.
Thankfully, Aylas prognosis is good, and she has been so brave, patient and strong. We are raising money in dedication of Aylas fight and for the incredible Starlight Foundation - so that other sick kids can experience a glimmer of light in what can otherwise be a scary, dark and stressful time.
