I’m fundraising for the Starlight Children’s Foundation. And I need YOUR support.
Growing up, I spent a lot of time at the Royal Children’s Hospital. Through surgeries and recovery, there’s one thing I’ve always remembered, the Starlight Room.
The days I spent at RCH after my surgeries were often in the starlight room, whether I was little doing arts and crafts, or more recently playing very competitive games of Uno with a Starlight Captain, that space always brought light into some really difficult moments.
The Starlight Foundation creates something truly special. They bring joy, distraction, and comfort to kids who are going through things no child should have to face, something I’ve experienced firsthand.
The Royal Children’s Hospital gave me my ability to walk, move, and live my life fully again. Because of that, I want to give back not only to them, but to the Starlight Foundation that made those hard days a little bit brighter.
This May, I’m taking on 10,000 steps a day to raise money and support the incredible work they do.
