My youngest son Roman was in and out of hospital during his first year of life - one admission being 4 weeks long. I couldn't leave his side and being a mum of 3, it was tough.

Looking back the starlight foundation was one of the charities that made a positive and memorable impact on our family of 5.

This May, I’m taking on the Super Steps challenge to give back and raise funds that will make hospital a happier place for other seriously ill children and their families.

I’ve set myself a goal to walk or run thousands of steps every day, for an entire month. And I need your support.
