Please help me raise funds in Jack's honour for the Starlight Children’s Foundation.

Did you know? Every minute of every day, a child is admitted to hospital in Australia.

Having a sick kid is always hard as a parent, but nothing can ever prepare you for sitting next to your child's hospital bed for 6 months, sleeping on a couch next to them every night and spending every minute trying to stay positive and keeping them happy. All while feeling helpless and unable to make things better for them.

The Starlight room was our only break from it all. The joy and smile it brought to Jack's face was priceless. Laughing with the Captains, playing games and doing the Friday afternoon quiz became the light in our days. I honestly dont know how we would have got through it without them.

This time last year we thought Jack would be able to go home and were planning to do this challenge but he ended up staying for a few more months. So this May, I’m taking on the Super Steps challenge in Jack's honour, to raise funds that will make hospital a happier place for other kids.

I’ve set myself a goal to walk 10,000 steps every day, for an entire month. And I need your support.
