This May, I’m walking 10,000 steps every single day to help change what that experience feels like — because hospital shouldn’t steal a child’s happiness.

This is deeply personal to me.

I’m doing this for my niece, Phoenix Rose, who lives with Cystic Fibrosis and has spent more time in hospital than any child ever should. She knows that reality far too well.

No child should have to fight that hard just to feel normal.
